The Lumix range has been very impressive and the Lumix DMC- ZS7 delivers both in image quality and build. I like the manual mode which gives me a sense of control over what I shoot at. This Lumix also boasts HD Video recording  (with stereo mics)  which is pretty neat when I want to record some of my musical performances 🙂

Overall you cannot go wrong with this camera. The 25mm Leica lens with 12x optical zoom is perfect for outdoor shooting. The different shooting modes specially the P.A.S.M. modes,  give you superb control for every shooting situation. The large LCD is great for reviewing your shots, although you will need to buy a screen protector to avoid accidentally scratching it.

The Panasonic Lumix DMC-ZS7 is a great camera and with a pricetag of less that PhP 10,000.00 it’s worth every centavo 😉
